By accessing or using GymNepal Pro (the Service), operated by Bridge Software Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service. These Terms are governed by the Muluki Civil Code, 2074 (2017) and the Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 (2006) of Nepal.
GymNepal Pro provides cloud-based SaaS for gym and fitness center management in Nepal. Features include member tracking, automated billing, payment gateway integration (eSewa, Khalti, and bank payment support), attendance monitoring, and business analytics. The service is offered on a subscription basis with any trial periods shown at sign-up.
To use the Service, you must register with accurate, complete, and current information, including valid PAN/VAT details where required. You must be at least 18, safeguard your credentials, and remain responsible for all activity under your account.
GymNepal Pro is a paid service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.
You retain all rights to the gym member data you input into GymNepal Pro. We only host, copy, and transmit that data as needed to provide the Service. Our use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act, 2075 (2018) of Nepal.
The Service, including its original content, features, software code, and UI/UX design, is owned by Bridge Software Solutions and protected by Nepalese copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
GymNepal Pro, its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We strive for 99.9% uptime. The Service may still be interrupted by maintenance or external factors, including ISP outages in Nepal. Technical support is provided during standard business hours in Nepal Time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
