• Account registration: name, email, phone number, and gym business details including PAN/VAT.
• Payment information: billing details processed securely through NRB-approved gateways like eSewa, Khalti, and bank payment channels.
• Support interactions: records of communications with our support team.

GymNepal Pro acts as a Data Processor for the data gym owners enter about their members. That includes member details, health and physical metrics where entered, and attendance and payment histories.

• Gym owners are responsible for getting valid consent from their members.
• We only handle this data to operate the platform and deliver the Service.

We use collected data to run the Service, process transactions, send alerts, provide support, and improve system stability.

• Operate and maintain the platform.
• Send transaction alerts via SMS and email.
• Notify you about changes to the Service.
• Detect, prevent, and address technical or security issues.

We may disclose personal data only where required or reasonably necessary.

• Service providers such as cloud hosting, SMS gateways, and payment processors.
• Legal obligations such as a valid mandate, subpoena, or request from authorized Nepalese authorities.
• Protection of rights, property, or safety for GymNepal Pro, users, or the public.

We use SSL/TLS encryption, secure database architecture, and regular audits. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of your data seriously.

Under the Privacy Act, 2075, you may request information, correction, or deletion of personal data where permitted by law.
